Sr. Financial Analyst

Work closely with the Vice President & Chief Information Officer in managing a wide range of financial and operating information including facilities and other lease agreements on a worldwide basis, restructuring accruals, subtenant invoicing and communications. Work closely with the Marketing department to monitor costs, analyze changes, and provide support in the annual budgeting process. Monitor accounting for fixed assets and related depreciation. Prepare analysis supporting capitalization of costs associated with the development and implementation of internal software systems. Participate in the annual budgeting process, including providing support to the field offices in the preparation of their budgets. Direct responsibility for the IS, Facilities, and Marketing budgets. Perform monthly and quarterly detailed financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting of the financial performance of the company and business units. Provide recommendations to improve the monthly and quarterly reporting package. Contribute to various ad hoc projects as necessary. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with five plus years of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting experience. CPA or MBA a plus. Solid financial modeling and analysis skills including an in-depth knowledge of MS Excel. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to meet reporting deadlines. Demonstrated initiative and an ability to adjust to fluctuating work loads. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail. Strong working knowledge of financial statements and knowledge of accounting principles. Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, and Pillar software systems.
