Sr. HR Generalist

The Sr. HR Generalist will oversee HR operational functions, including compliance, benefits administration, payroll processing, HRIS, reporting and systems integrity.  Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Human Resources, the Sr. HR Generalist will apply a wide range of HR skills while working for a market leader in a laid-back, fast-paced, and technology-focused environment.  Responsibilities:-  Ensure all employment compliance requirements are met-  Oversee HR operational functions including benefits administration, payroll processing, HRIS and reporting-  Apply and interpret company employment policies-    Manage workers compensation and leave administration-  Provide general HR support to organization leadership through coaching and counseling on issues of concern and development -  Coach employees towards effective working relationships and maximize performance outcomes-  Evaluate and enhance orientation and on-boarding processes; monitor regularly and improve as needed-  Maintain a grassroots connection to employees in an effort to better the company culture, spirit and work-life for all-  Answer employee questions related to benefits, payroll, policies and procedures-  Administer the exit process for employees leaving the company-  Manage and mentor 1 direct report (HR Specialist)-5+ years experience in Human Resources-3+ years experience in an HR management or supervisory role -BS/BA degree-Demonstrated ability to work well in a creative, dynamic and fast paced organization-Experience in start-up and a larger company with excellent systems and processes -Demonstrated ability to use good judgment when making business decisions and performing tasks-  Excellent verbal and written communication skills (experience writing internal company communications a plus)-  Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy-  Excellent organization and time management; ability to prioritize workload and multi-task-  Demonstrated desire and knowledge of how to design creative and engaging employee programs and communications-  Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite-  Familiarity with ADP and ADP ReportSmith a plus-  Recruiting experience in a professional/technology-focused environment a plusBenefits: In addition to a unique culture that appeals to individuals who thrive in hyper-drive environments and who work just as hard as they play, Match.com also provides US employees with a full spectrum of benefits including:- Matching 401(k) - Matching Gifts Program - Free sodas, bottled water and Starbucks coffee - Corporate wellness program and discounted gym membership - Tuition Reimbursement - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - Flexible Spending Accounts - Life and AD&D Insurance - Long Term Disability Insurance - Paid Time Off - Paid Holidays - Pet Insurance - Employee Assistance Program - Discounted Group Auto and Property InsuranceThis is a summary of benefits and does not offer provisions such as exclusions or plan limitations.
