Our dedicated customer service is focused on life science and committed to serving the needs of this community across the globe and around the clock.DescriptionKey Accountabilities       Leads large-scale, grass-roots data warehousing for one of the top 10 pharma companies in the world, including both strategy and technology        Designs, creates, tests, documents, and supports all code required to perform the extraction, transformation, and load process from disparate sources of varying quality around the world       Independent priority management, issue resolution, project coordination and QA/QC oversight, troubleshooting, problem resolution and continuous quality improvement, including documented procedural modifications, client metadata management, client environment QC and more       Technical lead for all aspects of a large scale SQL-based data warehousing environment       Provides operational support to the production database environment including building, scheduling, and monitoring the necessary support jobs, and resolving database related production problems of concern       Works with other teams to ensure corporate standards and architecture vision is realized and that the problem at hand is solved       Evaluates and assesses client requirements and delivers proper solutions within the context of client needs       Mentor junior staff in all of the above, in time Major Responsibilities       Will perform analysis, design, development, and testing of extract, transformation, and load processes       Will analyze data to identify data cleanliness issues, e.g., missing values, duplicate meanings, and invalid data and develop cleansing routines.       Will assist in the development of project plans, setting of timelines, determining trade-offs, and task dependencies.       Will utilize ETL tools for data management, conversion, migration, and integration.       Will work to enhance the tools currently in use to gather data from sources.       Will perform additional duties as required. Required Skills       BA/BS from an accredited university required       Proven expertise in large scale design, creation, testing, production cutover, production management, capacity management and ETL infrastructure coordination required       Ideally, all of the above combined with a process management background in QA/QC for both large scale and ad hoc data transformation and loading       Recognized expert in one or more of: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Informatica, Ab Initio       Five or more years F500 experience highly desirable, but equivalent consulting experience is acceptable       Experience with SFA systems, pharmaceutical data, syndicated sales data and quality control processes is a major plus       Advanced degree optional, but a plusPlease submit your application with salary requirements: http://hostedjobs.openhire.com/epostings/jobs/submit.cfm?fuseaction=dspjob&jobid=262618&company_id=15614&jobboardid=24 Cegedim Dendrite is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to workforce diversity.
