Primary Responsibilities:

 

As Sr. Pixel Development Engineer, this position will be responsible for developing advanced CMOS image sensor pixel technology. This position will work on new pixel designs, optimize pixel layouts and process, develop pixel process modules, and support imager products on pixel related issues.

 

Requirements:BS EE or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of extensive CIS pixel design experience. Experience in process development/integration, and pixel characterization/simulation.Excellent device physics and good optics skills.Experience in semiconductor microelectronic/optoelectronic device design, process development, and manufacture. Good knowledge of CMOS process flows, design rules and layout design.Experience on 4T unshared and shared pixel architecture (preferred)Experience with the evaluation of process-related data such as probe, parametric, test, cross-sections, layout, material analysis (including SIMS, XPS, EDS, SEM, and TEM), and data analysis (using software such as RS/1, JMP, and Excel).
