Sr. Process Excellence Business Partner

Primary Responsibilities:

Intuit's Process Excellence (PE)Team's charter is to deliver for customers. You will work with the Innovative Merchant Solutions Business Unit to drive growth by improving the end to end customer experience while partnering with employees at all levels of the organization.

Apply the Leadership Model to partner with process owners to identify and execute the highest impact projects.
Use deployment, diagnosis, and discovery tools and approaches to determine how we are delivering for customers.
Assess, diagnose and drive customer focused mindset.
Leverage customer framing for change linked to improving customer experience...clear "what" and "how".
Execution of the right intervention strategies and improvement initiatives to close the gaps in customer experience.
Identify and use input/process/output metrics.
Determine approach and process on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other cross-functional team members.
Continually assess how leadership teams are living the Intuit Leadership Model.
Execute strategies to accelerate use of the Leadership Model.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and PE partners.
Transfer knowledge...engage, teach, coach - must be a strong facilitator and coach to be an effective change agent.
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to peer and client groups.
Demonstrate initiative, innovation, and creativity to drive breakthrough thinking.
Assess, analyze, influence and contract with stakeholders.
Lead and coach project teams.

Qualifications:

3+ years of business process improvement experience, with 3+ years of leadership experience.
Experiences with systems integration processes a plus.
A background in one or more of the following is highly desired: call center operations, program/project management, change management, bankcard industry, financial services.
Customer focus (outside in vs. inside out).
Strong applied Six Sigma skills - Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification a plus, but not required as long as clear demonstration of practical applied experience is evident.
Lead cross-functional teams.
Strong business acumen and change management skills.
