Sr. Product Marketing Manager, SOA Service Management Mountain View, CA Ref-code: SOA-svmm Salary Range: $120-175KAbout the client: This VPofMarketing.com client company is a leading provider of software in the SOA and BPM integration market space.Responsibilities: The Sr. Product Marketing Manager for SOA Service Management will be responsible for developing and executing on the product positioning and go-to-market strategy for SOA Service Management products.  Marketing activities are focused on go-to-market strategies and demand generation for these products in addition to typical product marketing activities.  This person will be responsible for developing the product positioning, pricing, packaging, and communicating that positioning the field, analysts, the press, and customers in a clear and consistent manner. Define and execute on the go-to-market plan for SOA Service Management products to drive global revenue growth; develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the SOA space, products and service offerings, including overall value proposition, features, functionality, competitive landscape, and future product direction.  This person will work with the internal competitive team to develop competitive positioning material, and ensure the sales force is equipped to deal with competitive threats.  This person will provide leadership and product evangelism to promote the success of the SOA Service Management products; provide effective communication to customers and prospects, field organization, and to external media and analyst of the unique value proposition of these products and solutions.  Requirements: 7+ years experience in Product Marketing/Product Management/Pre-sales in an enterprise software company; 12+ years work experience Experience in the SOA, Integration, or middleware space is strong preferred.
