Responsible for the development of strategic and tactical planning of technology and people resources necessary for successful completion of several large-scale projects. Responsible for the creation of long term strategies and approaches to control and manage projects in support of complex business requirments. Responsible for directing multiple sub-team project plans into a cohesive whole. Lead activities with support/service groups outside the project team to ensure successful project resultsLeverage personal expertise to develop and present rational conclusions, recommendations and direct implementation strategies/action plansDirect project activities to Estimate, Plan, Design, Build, Test, and Migrate solutions into productionDevelop and oversee implementation of project methodologies ensuring that accepted methodologies are followedDirect analysis on and shape business requirements to determine technical designEvaluate staff following project completion identifying strengths and areas for development via a formal, written performance appraisal"Qualifications:"Overall 10 + years combined technology development and management experience in a large complex environmentA proven track record of experience in leading the designing and deployment of large-scale solutions. Significant electronic publishing domain experience.
