MSFT technologies in a client server environment using SMS (systems management server).

3-5 years QA experience within organizations that use a preponderance of Microsoft and .NET technologies in their development environment. Especially (but not limited to) SMS experience.

Be able to define and develop QA best practices on the fly while testing for market release the product for our client.

We will provide PM oversight and client relations but this team will be on the ground at the client site full-time. So they should be able to be client facing and fairly self-sufficient.

Black box testers will not work for this...at a minimum you should be white box testers. Experience with regression testing is good.

Clearly not much (if any) automation either.
