Sr. Recruiter / Resource Manager - ERP

SkyBridge Global is a 10 year old Peoplesoft and Oracle consulting firm based in Marietta, GA.  SkyBridge is an industry leader in Peoplesoft implementations and moving ground in their recently added Oracle Applications practice. 

We are currently looking for a full time Sr. Technical Recruiter/Resource Manager to join our team internally.  The ideal candidate for this position will have in depth knowledge of advanced recruiting techniques and tools.  This candidate should also be conversant with ERP software specifically PeopleSoft and Oracle Applications and have the ability to source quality candidate through a variety of different avenues.

Daily Tasks could include:

· Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting companies, user-groups, trade organizations, other recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.

· Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

· Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, direct sourcing, internet searches and tools, referrals, newsgroups and job sites.

·  Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.

· Arranges management interviews by collaboration and scheduling with internal resources including coordinators, project managers, engagement managers and clients.

· Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.

·  Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.

· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Required Background:

· 5+  years of technical recruiting experience in both corporate and agency setting

· 2+ years of ERP recruiting specifically Oracle Applications and/or PeopleSoft

· The ability to demonstrate advanced sourcing techniques

· Strong utilization of internet tools and technologies

· Excellent written and verbal communication

· B.S. Degree or equivalent
