This is a full-time employment for the right candidate.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Design, develop, Monitor, and maintain a high performance search engine Plan and Perform installation and administration of multiple search environments Apply proven technologies and best practices Create and maintain technical documentation Translate requirements to a working system Profile and performance tune search engine applications Create unit tests for system components Develop scripts and tools to automate system administration Provide guidance for junior personnel Develop/refine procedures to improve search engine reliability, fidelity to the search model, performance, efficiency, and function

 REQUIRED SKILLS

 Technologies Python Unix Shell Scripting Superior oral and written communication skills

 DESIRED SKILLS

 Search engine experience (Fast, Verity, Autonomy, etc.) Database
