And we welcome anyone who shares our commitment to ingenuity and excellence.EOE/AA EmployerAs a developer on the Metasys Extended Architecture Building Automation system team, you will work as a Software Engineer in a self-directed, collaborative project team environment.  You will use you technical expertise to design and implement web-based applications using state-of-the-art software development tools and technologies.Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 4+ years related engineering experience.  C# is our primary programming language, although candidates should be able to ramp up quickly in other languages and technologies.  Candidates should be experts with Microsoft technologies: IIS, ASP.NET 2.0, AJAX, as well as general web technologies: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.  UML is used during the design process.  SWL, design pattern application, and PSP/TSP exposure a plus.  Ability to work in a large team environment, excellent written and oral communication skills, and flexibility to changing situations a must.
