Type of Position- 6-12 month Contract -Experience with log shipping, database mirroring and Sybase replication. -Experience in query optimization, performance monitoring, security administration, capacity planning and trouble shooting. -Understanding of different DB Backup strategies and restore methodologies. -Experience in database programming using T-SQL and writing stored procedures, triggers and DTS jobs. -Experience in creating, managing, and monitoring automated jobs and data migration using DTS Services. -Experience in implementation, administration and production support of SQL Server and Sybase. -On-call support and regularly scheduled nightly production installs.   MODIS Incorporated is the leader in the field of information technology (IT) consulting and solutions.
