Aculis has an excellent opportunity with our client in American Fork for a Sr. Web Applications Developer who is an expert using C#, .Net and C++.  This person will develop leading-edge enterprise software working with Active Directory, Event logs, File System Monitoring, eDirectory and other enterprise technologies that deal directly and indirectly with user activity and rights in a corporate environment.

SPECIFIC DUTIES: Develop new Windows applications and infrastructure that interact with Active Directory, Event data, eDirectory and other sources of information that identify user activity and permissions as found in enterprise intranets.Contribute to design and development of new windows and web based applications.Develop unit tests and automated tests for developed components.Correct product defects in a timely manner.Assist with maintenance of current Windows based applications. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

·  Posses a degree in software engineering or computer science plus 9 years of industry experience or over 12 years of relevant industry experience.

·  Expert in distributed and multi-threaded application development including **NT** Services required.

·  Expert using native Win32 API's, MFC, C, C# and .NET along with current versions of Visual Studio required.

·  Ability to develop code that interacts with SQL Databases including MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.

·  Familiarity with typical corporate network hardware and software infrastructure including DNS, DHCP, TCP, UDP, Switches, Routers, etc.

·  Strong debugging skills

·  Strong skills in research, analysis and project implementation.

·  Strong understanding of entire development process, including specification, documentation and quality assurance.

·  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, a self starter able to make significant contributions as part of a small development team.

·  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:
** Experience developing UI using WinForms highly desirable
** Experience with ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Web Service and Web UI development highly desirable
** Experience with WinDBG or other kernel mode debuggers
** Windows device and / or filter driver development experience
** C and x86 assembly language
** Development experience with SLES 10 OES or other UNIX /Linux versions a plus
** Experience developing end user reports using Crystal or similar technology
** Experience with XP methodology beneficial
