Sr. Systems Administrator-Storage System

This individual will assist in supporting a Microsoft Active Directory network. Server administration and support to include BIOS, O/S critical and recommended updates, software security and patches. Manage large scale EMC storage systems. Provide system and application software installation and support. Some network administration. Problem troubleshooting and resolution to include support with vendor contacts.Server Operating Systems (Windows 2000, 2003, Linux, UNIX). Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory 2000/2003. Thorough knowledge of EMC storage systems with emphasis Clarion and DMX architecture preferred. Other EMC systems knowledge may be helpful. Experience of storage management system is required. Knowledge of fibre-switch configuration and support is preferred. Experience with backup systems in support of EMC storage systems desired. Prefer BS Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related scientific or technical discipline unless proven experience in equivalent work environment is demonstrated.
