Support LSI OEM partners, build/maintain functional product demonstrations, and conduct technical competitive analysis.2. Level 3 support resource to Work with LSI's Field Application Engineers and external customers to resolve technical issues, both on-site and remotely. 3. Travel as needed to customer locations to support customer needs and ensure understanding of technical requirements.4. Perform programming on site at customer locations in both “C” and Java5. Maintain expert technical knowledge of LSI/Security & Content Inspection products and technology.6. Maintain lab for product demonstrations and recreation of field customer problems prior to esclation to hw or sw engineering teams.7. Develop and perform training as needed on LSI/Security & Content Inspection technology with LSI's Field Application Engineering Worldwide organization, resellers, distributors and OEM customers.8. Responsible for installation of hardware, software integration, and conducting performance benchmarks. 9. Conduct needs assessment with customer technical teams and communicate back to the product management and engineering organizations for product enhancements/developments. 10.Process all administrative work in a timely fashion, such as Footprints. Making sure all field activity is properly ticketted, documented, recreated (if possible) prior to escalating to hw or sw engineering. 11.Performs other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.12.Responsible for the development of end user and field documentation of the LSI/Security & Content Inspection product line - mainly design guidelines documentation.
