We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to drive the recruiting of external talent for the Ascent Technical Staffing Group, supporting primarily South Florida and Regional operations. This is a permanent, full time position based at Ascent’s Corporate Headquarters in downtown Ft Lauderdale. You'll be responsible for finding talent that will complement and build upon Ascent’s six year history of providing world-class resources and services to local and regional mid-tier through F1000 Clients. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in developing and executing on candidate generation strategies with high quality candidates. Proven experience in finding creative sourcing strategies, evaluating candidate skill sets and advocating hires for only the best talent is critical. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field. This position requires 6-8 years of related recruiting experience. Direct sourcing and creative candidate generation abilities as well as strategy development required. Effective relationship skills and oral/written communication skills required, including high competencies in strategic thinking, analytical abilities, organizational skills and communication/interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Internet usage required. Ascent provides an extremely competitive compensation package, including guaranteed base, commission, car allowance, and expense allowance, as well as full medical and dental benefits and paid vacation.
