Your main responsibility will be to develop and deliver technical training for web-based investment systems.

TRAINING DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
* Design and develop technical training curriculum for web-based portfolio management system and analysis and reporting capabilities within the system
* Develop teaching plans, materials, and certification exams to accompany training curriculum
* Continuously review and improve training curriculum
* Deliver training to clients, company partners, and employees
* Work with developers and implementation staff, at varying levels, to understand and document system processes and functions
* Work with clients to develop and deliver customized training
* Participate in team effort to build software product certification program
* Travel to client sites to deliver training. Travel required is up to 50%, dependent upon client demands (locations domestically and internationally)
* Provide product expertise to the client services team

REQUIRED SPECIAL SKILLS/WORK EXPERIENCE
* 5+ years professional technical training experience
* 5+ years instructional design experience
* Proven, successful track record writing technical/application training/user guides and documentation
* Knowledge of Client/Server Applications and Relational databases is required (SQL Server & Oracle)
* Understanding of the core technologies that underpin modern software development, especially data management and messaging technologies
* Highly motivated self-starter
* High level of personal accountability
* Great team player
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

PREFERRED SPECIAL SKILLS/WORK EXPERIENCE
* Oracle and UNIX skills are advantageous as is some development/integration experience using standard tools such as Visual Basic, ASP, Messaging (XML, Swift) Scripting (KSH, Perl etc)

* Knowledge of multimedia tools (Captivate or similar tools) and technology is a plus
* Knowledge of Client/Server Applications and Relational databases is preferred

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
** Bachelor degree required
** Master*s degree in Instructional Design a plus
