Staff Business Analyst

Participate in the definition of Global Member Insights Strategy and lead the definition and implementation of the roadmap to meet the strategy Oversee quarterly planning process for Business Intelligence Solutions across different business units, including project scoping, capacity maps, BU prioritization process and detailed resource allocation Work closely with end users and business unit executives to help define BI solutions and develop strategic and tactical implementation plans considering key business objectives, resource constraints and industry factors to bear on overall vision and strategy. Work closely with Information Management & Delivery teams to warrantee proper participation and partnership to drive cross functional initiatives. Collaborate on managing Onsite and Off-shore third party consulting companies. Act as an IT/Information Management and Delivery liaison to the to various analysts/product managers/project managers within the company in the CS & TnS areas as well as other external Business Units Work to understand and develop the business rules surrounding reporting and how information/reports are used. Lead other business analysts by monitoring quality of work and mentoring career development. Develop and interact with user acceptance groups to validate projects/new reports. Estimate project duration, resource load and cost for projects. Monitor project execution and milestone delivery, provide regular status, and escalate project issues as appropriate. Proactively identify opportunities or obstacles concerning data needed & data accuracy. Improve/Suggest business analyst process improvements Formulate future reporting strategy and product improvements .Qualifications: Must be a proven top performer and team player that enjoy challenging assignments in a high-energy and fast growing workplace.  Previous experience as a business analyst (8+ years), preferably in a large reporting or data-warehousing environment (3+ years). Strong technical experience with databases, data warehousing, and reporting tools (Microstrategy and Business Objects). Excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills.  Experience presenting to various business unit contacts at all levels of the company Ability to communicate fluently with business users, technical people and management across the organization.  Solid project management experience, especially coordinating/managing a large number of projects at the same time. Detail oriented with superior analytical, problem solving, pragmatism and organization skills.
