Serves as a HR business partner to the SBE Payroll Business specifically focused on Telesales organization.

-Serves as a business partner to the leader(s) of the assigned client organization.
-Responsible for HR strategies and program for clients. Expected to participate as a business partner at client's leadership staff. May provide guidance to other HR professionals.
-Handles the most complex employee relations issues end-to-end. May inform more senior HR leaders to ensure alignment in resolving a situation.
-As an HR business partner, provides expert insight into people and organizational issues. Translates business strategies and issues into appropriate HR and OE actions.
-Understands the dynamics of the business and drives human resources practices and processes that will create an effective organization. Coaches key business leaders on leading and managing their organizations effectively. Diagnoses organizational effectiveness issues and implements solutions.
-Drives the various HR operating mechanisms and initiatives within their client organization. Typical operating mechanisms include: Annual Employee survey and follow up actions, and Talent and Compensation Review.
-May serve as program/project lead for initiatives across the BU/FG or site organization.

- Successful execution of HR driven operating mechanisms such as focal salary review, Annual Survey action planning, and compensation and talent review.

- Leadership assessments and development plans.
- Communication plans.
- Total Rewards strategy.
- May be responsible for site Affirmative Action Plan.
- Completion of assigned project/program goals.

- Improved organizational performance due to successful OE interventions.
- Risk analysis and risk mitigation plans.
- Resolution of the most complex employee relations issues.
- Effective and persuasive presentations appropriate for project teams and business leaders, when communicating any of the above
- Facilitation of training modules.

Requires BA/BS. Masters Degree preferred.
* Must have 5-7 years of HR experience, with emphasis in HR Business partner roles, knowledge and/or experience with compensation specifically incentive compensation is a plus.
* Effectiveness with investigating and handling ER issues with a balanced approach (both the what and the how).
*Effective hands-on research and project management in a matrix management environment are critical to success. Proven track record of working with both local and virtual teams.
*Ability to effectively coach employees and all levels of management…Top-notch influencing skills a must.
*Demonstrated facilitation, teaching, presentation skills.
*Ability to plan, organize, analyze and establish priorities to achieve results is required.
