Our current products are based on client-server technology built using Microsoft Visual C++, but are transitioning to Web 2.0 technologies using Adobe Flex.  You should be strong with Visual C++ and/or Flex.

Understands the many facets of new software development, from design to coding to implementation
Has worked with large (500,000+ line) projects
Can implement new features and enhancements to existing code
Ability to manage and quickly switch between multiple projects with minimal management oversight
Will mentor junior team members on process and development best practices and contribute to a team spirit
Share ideas and explore new practices to continually improve the quality of our code and the development process
Has strong written and verbal communication skills
