Job ID: 7612Location: Los Angeles, CADepartment: 43AEducation Required: Bachelors DegreeExperience Required: 1 - 3 YearsPosition Description: Manages and monitors the ‘day-to-day’ activities of the suppliers deliverables in accordance to the contracts and internal OLAs (Operating Level Agreements;) Ensures regular reporting of suppliers’ performance against the contracts/OLAs and timely action to address any shortfalls.Position Requirements:Key Tasks for Position Level I:· Manages and monitors the ‘day-to-day’ operations delivery of suppliers in line with external contracts (using the Global Sourcing framework) and internal Operating Level Agreements (OLA’s)· Ensures suppliers report performance against OLAs/contracts and act to fix any shortfallsAdditional tasks not reflected in the position profiles can be integrated in the performance management.Position Attributes:1). In-depth knowledge on Zurich Global or Farmers Local ASP Sourcing supplier management, demand management & payment issue resolution processes2). Strong financial analysis skills & experience 3). Strong oral/written communications skills 4). Advanced M/S Office skills with ability to develop Excel Pivot Tables.
