Our client located in Jersey City, NJ currently has an open opportunity for a Sybase Developer. This is true database design and development, not looking for DBA's

Description:

Consultant will work closely with clients, business analysts and team members to understand
the business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
Will use SDLC concepts for designing, coding, documenting, testing, implementing
and supporting application software that is delivered on time and within budget. Follow policies and procedures like change management, project governance and software configuration management.

Required/Must have:

Relational database development skills, preferably in Sybase.This includes SQL, data modeling and development, scheduling tools like Autosys, UNIX shell scripts, Relational db design and systems integration skills

Desired/Plus:

Experience with Lotus Notes, Lotus Domino, LotusScript and Lotus Macro Experience with XML technologies including XSD and XSLT Reporting tools like Excel, Crystal, Business Objects, Cognos, etc. Transformation tools like TIBCO Businessworks/Messagebroker or Informatica Powercenter
