Job Title: Systems Administrator

Location: Church Falls, VA

Length of assignment: 12 month engagement



Job Description:
•Provide first level customer support.
•Primary system administrator for local Windows segments with both Windows servers and clients.
•Windows XP desktop support, basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
•Microsoft office support and level one engineering application support.

Qualifications Summary:
•Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service.
•Must have the ability to interact with all levels of management.
•2 years experience providing desktop support for Microsoft Windows XP clients, 2000/2003 servers.
•MCP (XP support), MCSA, or MCSE certification preferred.
•Experience with UNIX/LINUX preferred but not required.
•Basic knowledge of Cisco routers and switches preferred but not required.
•Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
