Position Description:

Individual will be responsible for design activities of MoCA MAC development. Such effort shall include development of firmware for MAC protocols, construction of test suites for such firmware to assure compliance to MoCA specification, assurance of compliance and interaction with MoCA BB/PHY, implementation of any of the feature set as required for project, innovation and optimization of features for product enhancement and future standards work.

Qualifications:

*Education: Master's degree in related field*5-10 years experience in MAC or Embedded programming*Strong protocol and firmware development skills required *Good communication skills (verbal and written for documentation) are desired *Familiarity with state charts, ARM development process, and C++ are a plus. *Developer will work with a multi-site, multi-national team – a self-starter individual is required.*Experience in RVDS (real view design suite) preferred*Experience with ARM processor preferred*Programming Language: C (required), C++ preferred. *Must have exposure to mulitmedia over ethernet*Must have understanding of audio video over ethernet
