Talent Development Manager

Our client, a global organization in Morris County, is seeking a Talent Development Manager on a contract or full-time basis.

The Talent Development Manager will be responsible for ELearning, Training, Reporting, Vendor Management, Instructor Management and Curriculum Design.

Bachelor Degree.  5-10 years of related experience.  Financial Services or Technology industry required. Strong computer skills essential.  Strong Powerpoint and excel required.  Excellent writing (sample required) and communication skills. Travel 5% (global).
