TTA Corporate Software & Services is expanding the service offerings around our tax software applications. Development of Workflow Documentation is an expanding product and service in the Professional Services group.  The primary responsibilities for this position are analyzing client processes for completing tax returns using InSource software, recommending best practices and efficiencies when appropriate and creation of customized process documentation. Additionally, the position will serve as back-up to the other groups within Professional Services (training, services and implementation). Responsibilities:Assisting the implementation group with implementations of our software. Assisting the training group with update and development of training materials utilizing resources and knowledge gained through Workflow documentation. Serving as a backup for WebSeminar training to facilitate availability of training staff for onsite engagements.Assisting the other Professional Services group as staff on client tax returns.Assisting the other Professional Services group personnel with special projects that include custom configuration and mapping required for the efficient use of our software.  Provide feedback to the development group regarding program features and client usageProvide feedback to Professional Services groups regarding additional service offerings needed or requested by clientsWork directly with clients to show them the best ways to use and configure our software as well as assisting them with these tasks.  Qualifications: BA in AccountingStrong writing and editing skillsPrior experience analyzing procedures and developing effective workflowsInSource tax software experience preferredStrong accounting skillsAbility to solve problems and find effective solutions involving softwareGood communication skills Ability to work with clientsAbility to travel as required up to 25% of available timeAbility to work effectively individually and within a teamAbility to identify and utilize available resources independentlyDetail oriented  Thomson Reuters employees take pride in providing our customers around the world with information that is timely, accurate, unbiased and trusted.
