Looking for a hands on leader to Join and architect a ground breaking team of a dozen developers working on a BRAND NEW and EXCITING product directed towards Hedge Funds and Banking!

Not yet made public, we are seeking someone to lead the group and be the "face of the new product" and development of an innovative system that will price 1 Million securities in only one-half hour!Already more than 50% completed, we need a candidate who has strong communication skills and the ability to interact with many different groups within the organization (a well established, stable and healthy leading edge financial firm), this person will also work with quants to help price models.

If you have the interest you must have these skills to compete: Expert Architecture and development ability in C++ Expert UNIX knowledge (how it works, and its limitations) Experience with system architecture Excellent communication Strong Leadership ability Strong Experience with financial markets specific domains

Compensation will be open and competitive well over $200K ++ guaranteed package
