Mandatory Skills & Experience:
3-5 years experience in Auto Insurance Industry + 8+ yrs in Application Development

In-depth knowledge of multi-state Personal Auto Insurance Underwriting (Quotation, Rating, New Policy Issuance, etc) application.

Experienced in designing technical solution and leading/mentoring developers

Hands-on expertise in analyzing & designing for defects with already implemented application.

Must have strong hands-on technical expertise in designing, developing and debugging web based application (.Net preferred) involving extremely sophisticated XML.
Excellent communication and organization skills

Ability and willingness to work under aggressive schedule

Optional Skill & Experiences:
Complex Project Management
Multi-location / offshore and on-site team interaction
Quality Assurance / testing processes
Hands-on QA/ Testing tools skills e.g. Mercury QTP, test Director, etc
