Responsibilities include initial assessment, triage, research and resolution of basic incidents and requests regarding the use of application software products and/or infrastructure components. You will be responsible for collecting information through a customer conversation, accessing support tools and additional support staff (service resources) if needed. You’ll also ensure problems beyond the scope of your ability or responsibility are resolved by engaging other service resources from facilities, division or corporate groups, or the corporate service desk in a timely manner. Responsibilities: • Evaluates network and computer systems operations, routes calls to appropriate individual or team of MHS personnel to resolve Customer’s request for service.• Demonstrate the ability and desire to learn Corporate, Division, and Facility-specific applications, technology, and terminology. • Demonstrate the ability to learn customer support processes and techniques. • Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability. • Competency in MS Office Suite • Competency in call center tracking and support software tools preferred. • Prior experience supporting customers in use of application software is preferred. . • Customer service orientation and/or prior customer service training is preferred. • Strong understanding of HCA security-related procedures is also preferred.  Requirements:• High School diploma or GED required.  Prefer college, trade school, or vendor courses on hardware maintenance and troubleshooting techniques with A+, Network+, MOS and MCDST certifications or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
