We are seeking take-charge, proactive and organized individuals with relevant experience to join our growing team.Our Technical Account Managers (TAMs) are responsible for the daily operational relationship with some of our most high-profile accounts.  In this role, you are expected to become the in-house expert on your assigned customers' operational environments and have thorough command of those customers' business requirements and any potential impact issues with Taleo's services will create.You will often collaborate cross-functionally in customer team activities along with Sales, Consulting, and other Taleo functions.  The TAM is the customers' advocate into Taleo for tactical issues and is considered by the customer as a champion for their needs and requests.  Additional responsibilities include the following:Track & monitor all technical support issues reported by the customer thru our CRM system. Work cross-functionally to ensure that all open support tickets comply with customers' service level agreements (SLAs). Ultimately responsible for the efficient management and resolution of all incidents submitted by the customer. Communicate & coordinate as needed with customer on issues, releases and deployments to ensure customer satisfaction. Deliver full range of Taleo status reports to the customer as required. Proactively work with the customer to identify potential issues, improvements and potential sales opportunities with the customer. Manage & coordinate all client ad hoc projects that would require a Taleo advocate. 

Qualifications: Minimum of a BA/BS degree required.Excellent written, oral & presentation skills. Bi-lingual in English/French being a strong asset.5+ years experience in technical project management, account management, and customer service.3+ years in the software industry.Excellent organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.Comfortable in a position of managing through influence.Experienced working with & managing cross-functional resources. Excellent project management skills and high attention to details pertaining to client satisfaction. Ability to multi-task and deliver results under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A career-minded individual with the desire and the ability to grow with the group.Expert with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Knowledge of reporting tools (Crystal Report, Business Object etc)
