Technical Consultant

As Technical Consultant you will implement and integrate Parature’s web-hosted solution with other applications.  An ideal candidate will excel at leveraging a combination of product knowledge, development skills, and effective communication to deliver solutions to Parature’s clients.

Job Responsibilities: Identifying client requirements and defining potential solutions  Building proposals for implementation and integration projects Creating integration and development project plans Effective, on-time completion of client projects with an aim to exceed client expectations
 

Required Technical Skills/Experience:B.S./B.A. in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience Solid software fundamentals in object oriented programming, algorithms, databases, and web technologies Demonstrated development of web based projects using technologies such as .Net, Java, C/C++ Understanding of XML, XSLT, SQL, related technologies for enterprise application integrations Strong understanding of REST/SOAP Web Services


Required Personal Skills:Capable of managing multiple projects and responsibilities with ease Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Team player with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills  Client-focused attitude. A customer advocate. Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies  Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies  Work experience with a professional consulting organization (e.g., Big 5 consulting) a plus. Knowledge of enterprise systems, CRM, SFA, and ERP a plus Willingness to travel
