As a Technical Consultant/Microsoft .NET Developer, you will be responsible for:Meeting and consulting with clients to determine scope and effort of projects.Participating in requirements definition and prototype design. Architecting, developing and implementing Windows- and browser-based applications using the Microsoft .NET developer tool sets, including Visual Studio 2005. Architecting, developing and implementing supporting database systems using Microsoft SQL Server 2005. Collaborating with graphic designers and integrating HTML/DHTML/CSS/JavaScript with functional programming. Providing consistent written documentation to clients in the form of project status memos and meeting recaps. Participating as a team member in supporting others throughout the organization.

We have positions available in our Reading, Bethlehem, Lancaster, and Wayne PA offices.

A successful candidate will have experience with and knowledge of the following applications:

· Design, development and implementation of Microsoft-based Windows and Internet solutions — 4+ years experience preferred.

· Advanced expertise in the following technologies: .NET Framework language, SQL Server development and reporting solutions such as Crystal Reports or SQL Server Reporting Services.

· Effective project administration, oral and written communication and interpretation skills.

· Experience with data warehousing development a plus.

Microsoft certifications a plus.
