We are looking for a Technical Consultant who will work as a part of a dynamic team in a rapidly growing company. Consultants operate fairly autonomously with moderate direct supervision. Technical consultants may be based out of any major city in the U.S. and will spend 75-100% of the time working at client sites. Team members in this role will work directly with clients and are expected to exercise sound judgment within defined best practices, and to always engage a client with the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities:
A Technical Consultant in AGS assumes the role of technical lead on projects that require product customizations. TC's will advise customers during discovery, provide thought leadership in the design of a custom solution, and then execute the solution by leveraging the AGS toolset, writing custom code following AGS best practices, or managing a team of developers from strategic partners. Customizations are written on top of a highly robust product that is written entirely in C#/.NET and sits on SQL Server or Oracle.

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least two (2) years experience in a business environment (consulting, Big 5 and/or marketing) with specific focus in software implementation, processes and/or project based experience
• Ability to travel 100% of the time. International travel is available, if desired.
• Demonstrable competency in using standard desktop applications for word processing, spreadsheets, desktop publishing, and project management
• Demonstrable competency developing source code in C# and .NET. Suitable candidates should also have demonstrable proficiency with either SQL Server or Oracle.
• Must have experience working on small and midsize projects
• Must have experience working with single product/multiple platforms
• Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
• Strong time management skills and multitasking abilities
• Good oral, written and presentation skills
• Consultants must become certified in either MRM (Marketing Resource Management) or ECM (Enterprise Campaign Management). Exams must be taken within the first 30 days of employment.
