Technical Customer Support Specialist

Elite Search Partners is currently searching for a top notch Technical Customer Support Specialist for a rapidly growing software company in the Raleigh area.  This client delivers top-rated software products and services for the financial planning industry.  As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will provide helpful and professional interactive and telephone-based assistance in a call center environment.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years experience working in a technical call center environment.  They must also possess technical knowledge with Windows, database and SQL basics and MS Office and a driven desire to offer consisent, high level customer service.
