Technical Support Analysts

POSITION SUMMARY:

 

The Technical Support Analysts are responsible for working closely with all clients to identify and resolve issues as they arise and to support their system requirements. The qualified candidate will serve as the first point of initial contact with the client by providing phone support of windows based desktop PC's, notebook PC's, local and network printers and peripheral devices.

 

Technical Support Analyst I

 

 EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

 

CERTIFICATIONS:  CompTIA A+ preferred.

 

EXPERIENCE:   One or more years experience in Windows based desktop PC and hardware support.  Proven experience in supporting a wide variety of desktop systems. 

 

 

Technical Support Analyst II

 

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

 

CERTIFICATIONS: CompTIA A+ ; 70-210 Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional or 70-270 Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows XP Professional preferred.

 

EXPERIENCE: Three or more years experience in Windows based desktop PC and hardware support. 

Proven experience in supporting a wide variety of desktop systems.
