Sage Software Healthcare Division has an immediate opening for a Technical Education Trainer SummaryWe are currently seeking a Technical Education Trainer in the Northeast region.  This position will be based in New Jersey and will be responsible for training physicians, nurses and other medical office staff on the use and operation of the Intergy ® and Intergy EHR® software. ResponsibilitiesConducts training sessions utilizing a wide variety of principles and techniques and evaluates training effectiveness achieving customer satisfaction.  Training to clients will be via multiple delivery methods which include on-site, web-based and classroom training.  Delivers courses for training technical employees and/or customers in the use and/or maintenance and repair of software and/or hardware products.  Develops implementation plans and schedules and coordinates training activities with internal project counterparts.  Conducts major training programs which may contain a number of different subject modules requiring the coordination of inter- and intra- organization resources.  Provides guidance and direction to less experienced educators regarding training and technical problems.  Completes work orders and obtains customer sign-off on all training activities and uploads copies for archival and project tracking purposes. This position would include travel within the Northeast area 70% of the time.QualificationsAssociate Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.  4-6 years related experience in healthcare industry.  Experience with EHR, TMM software and Intergy EHR software preferred.  Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills required.  Knowledge of medical charting and office workflow desired.  Must have refined listening skills, be proficient with MS Office and Windows and have strong problem solving skills.   Healthcare information technology is exploding as physicians across the nation adopt technology to improve profitability and enhance the excellent healthcare they provide.
