Technical Lead - .Net

 Scope of the work: · Review requirements of a new billing system to be used by the Health Plan.Assist in build versus buy decision making· For Build Components - work with the team to drive the solution, timeline, estimates and pricing using a offshore-onshore model of delivery · Team will present build versus buy recommmendations to the customer for the Billing Application. Included for the "Build" components will be detailed estimates, timeline and pricing for the implementation phase.   Required Skills :  ·  Strong technology Skills in Microsoft .Net Platform·  At least 5 to 7 years as a Technical Architect.
