Technical Project Mgmt/Team Lead:

 

Supervise small projects in the following areas: design, coding and testing. Maintenance, repair and tuning of applications; directing user support activities; managing preventive maintenance activities. Leading small teams to implementing all actions required to deploy an application across development and test teams and assisting in determining resource status and needs, and assisting in deploying resources.  Recommending efforts in defining characteristics, capabilities, inputs, outputs, and results necessary to describe the required functionality of the selected technologies. 

 

Qualifications

 

Basic Qualifications:

 5 years of experience in the IT Industry. 1 year team lead/co-team lead experience including project planning and tracking, issue/risk tracking and resolution. 1 year experience in media/entertainment and/or gamming or creative web environment.

 

Additional Preferred Skill Requirements:

 Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment Desire to work in an information systems environment Basic Project management skills Basic leadership and performance management skills
