Technical Sales Representative, WebStore by Amazon WebStore by Amazon leverages Amazon's world-class e-commerce and marketing technology - allowing businesses to create their own online store with benefits ranging from integrated inventory management tools to Amazon's own selection and payment system.  The Technical Sales Representative (TSR) is responsible for working as integral part of the sales team, developing new business opportunities and leading them successfully through the sales cycle. The TSR will serve as a contact for both the customer and Amazon stakeholders during the customer's lifecycle.  This is a customer facing role and requires professional communication and responsive request management/ prioritization. The successful candidate will have a high level of creativity, a passion for creating successful e-commerce sites, and thrive in a team environment. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate an ability to think independently, take initiative and constructively advocate on behalf of their clients internally.  Job Functions: Serve as a WebStore resource for sales and customers in order to achieve quarterly quota targets. Assist in qualifying prospective accounts for WebStore by Amazon . Work with product team to push features related to larger customer acquisition. Utilize Services Sales CRM tool to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve their quarterly quota goals. Develop an understanding of online sales channels and the competitive environment, including knowledge of competitive product offerings. Develop a clear understanding of the multiple offerings within the WebStore by Amazon Platform, including their features and functionalities. Assist internal partners to drive change and close business.  Understanding of web technology/ecommerce platforms Solid marketing fundamentals Solid written and verbal communications skills Ability to co-ordinate cross functional teams Strong analytical skills Deadline-focused and driven Intermediate skills in Excel/Access/SQL Manage additional projects while maintaining current book of business Knowledge of FrontPage, Dreamweaver, Flash, HTML, Java Script and CSS.
