Technical Support Engineer / Technical Consultant

Computhink is a Lombard, Illinois based Software Development Company in the content management / document management arena. Currently we are looking to add to our team an experienced Technical Support Engineer / Technical Consultant to:
· Provide application support to customers, partners and resellers. 
· Assist in the installation, configuration, implementation and training for users of our Enterprise Content Management application.

Skills Required:

- Familiarity with relational databases (MSSQL/Oracle) and networking concepts.
- Experience in deploying, configuring, and supporting Enterprise Applications.
- Knowledge of: Windows 200x Server, XP, TCP/IP, Corporate Mail Servers, IIS and Active Directory. 
- Experience with Netware, NDS, and/or Linux a plus.
- Knowledge of scanning technologies (e.g. scanners, capture software, etc.), Work Flow, Lifecycle, or Records Management applications a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills are essential.

Experience Required: 

- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience preferred or equivalent education (Bachelors Degree in MIS, IS, or CS)
- Certifications (CDIA+, CNA, MCSE, Network+, etc.) a plus.
- Some Travel required.
