Position Description:

This entry-level position is a great opportunity for the candidate who is interested in communicating effectively to resolve issues with customers over the phone and via the internet. This position also has the potential to encompass training and software demonstrations. 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will:
Be customer focused
Enjoy quickly identifying and solving problems using logic and reasoning.
Have strong verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to explain complex concepts to others.
Have proficient knowledge of Window and/or Macintosh operating systems.
Have Computer Aided Design (CAD) or Drafting experience or any other design package.
Have a desire to learn, particularly about the drafting techniques of many design professions and how to efficiently update the techniques with a CAD system.
Be familiar with prioritizing incoming calls, troubleshooting and working with support databases by documenting calls, problems and questions for future referral.
Have a minimum of six months experience in a Help Desk enviornment.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Training experience preferred.
