Description: You will be responsible for continuing the company’s reputation for superior customer service by providing first level technical support to clients across the nation. In this role you will analyze, troubleshoot and resolve problems that are received through the Technical Support Help Desk. This position offers the ability to expand your IT skills and provides great opportunity for professional growth and advancement. Because we provide 7x24 service to our customers, off-peak and on-call support work is required. Some travel to customer sites for on-site training purposes is also required.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of Software Support/Helpdesk experience along with experience in analyzing and resolving problems occurring with Windows networked applications. Experience with Crystal Reports, DOS, MS Windows 2000, XP, PC Anywhere and Heat (or other CRM system) is desirable. College Degree, preferably in a technical field, or equivalent experience.
In addition to technical knowledge, candidates must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills and be committed to maintaining a courteous and professional telephone presence at all times.
