Technical Trainer

Design, deliver and evaluate software training, implementation services, and onsite mentoring/consulting to K-12 school districts. Collaborate with Professional Learning and other departments to determine customer requirements, proactively communicate and help resolve problems, launch new products, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.Work internally with Sales Support and Project Management to design training solutions for customers. Self-schedule and proactively communicate training schedules to customers and within TetraData.Other duties/special projects as assigned. Experience - External: Minimum 3 years (preferably 5) experience in business training-related position Basic understanding of database structures. Excellent internal and external communication skills. Strict attention to detail.Demonstrated skills in:o Designing, delivering and evaluating software trainingo Developing written training materials: course syllabi, activities o Assessing customer requirementso Building and maintaining positive customer relationshipso Adapting quickly and flexibly to user needs and problems in training situationso Collaborative teamwork and problem solving skills o Quickly learning data warehouse-related software productso Strong oral and written communication skills MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint Experience with K-12 public schools (teaching, training and/or sales)
Bachelors Degree: Field of Study: Communications, Training, Business Management Minimum 3 years (preferably 5) experience in business training-related position Basic understanding of database structures.
