Are you a certified IT trainer looking for a change of pace and a new challenge?

 

TestOut Corporation is looking for an expert trainer to join our development staff. As a member of our team, you will help produce industry-leading self-study products tailored for the networking professional. Your duties will include:

 

· Recording videos and demonstrations to be included in our self-study training courses

· Designing hands-on labs

· Acting as a subject-matter expert to our simulation programmers and technical writers

· Writing course content and exam preparation materials

· Reviewing course content developed by contract instructors and in-house developers for technical accuracy and completeness

· Researching new technologies and certifications

· Refreshing existing course content

 

This is a full-time, permanent position with little or no travel. Generous benefits include:

Required qualifications include:

 

· 5+ years technical training with an IT instructor certification (MCT, CCSI, CNI)

· Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and networking products

· Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear manner

· An understanding of networking technologies that goes beyond the official curriculum

· Strong writing skills and attention to detail

· An attitude of excellence

 

Desired qualifications include:

 

· Additional experience with Cisco, Linux, SQL, and/or Exchange

· Course design or instructional design background
