Description Organization: Infrastructure Outsourcing Location: Cincinnati, OH People within the Client Operations-IO workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location. Infrastructure Outsourcing (IO) is the ongoing management and/or improvement of activities related to a part or to the whole of a technical infrastructure (e.g. information systems, security systems, and telecommunications networks), allowing companies to focus on their core business and competencies. Our IO resources can expect to: Incorporate skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients. Receive ongoing training to build and extend professional, technical and management skills in all areas Enjoy our comprehensive and generous benefits package The Technical Transitions and Architecture (TTA) Lead role will be responsible for providing design, architecture, and system engineering documentation for each Infrastructure Outsourcing (IO) engagement being deployed out of the North America Delivery Center (NADC). The team is divided into three technology domains, System Administration & Storage, Network (LAN), and Database. For each of those respective domains, the "Lead" will be responsible for defining the technology standards and architectures to be deployed as best practices for the NADC. They will also be responsible for leading the deployment of new clients into service and transitioning those clients into operations. In addition, the team will be responsible for supporting major project initiatives for existing operations clients. The deployment teams will be potentially made up of a mix of Accenture resources from operations, dedicated to project work, or from other groups (e.g. Infrastructure Consulting), or external contractors. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years of experience in the following: Data Center Network (LAN) Design, Implementation and Support TCP/IP and other networking protocols (e.g - IPX, UDP, ICMP, IPSec, GRE, SSH, SMTP, HTTP, FTP) Minimum of 4 years of experience with data security, to include at least three of the following: Firewalls, IPSec, GRE, Intrusion Detection Bachelor’s Degree Additional Preferred Skills Include: Minimum of 6 years of experience preferred with the following: Networking concepts and components (DNS, DHCP, NAT, Firewall, Proxy, Web Filters, Switches, Routers, etc.) Data communication technology – ATM, DSL, Frame Relay, Leased Line, Ethernet Cisco routers and switches Detailed understanding and knowledge of support challenges and operational considerations of network design and deployment.
