Develop and maintain user and administrator guides, training materials, business processes and other IT related documentation. Interface proactively with project team members, program managers, and operations personnel.Required SkillsBasic Qualifications:-4+ years of experience with writing and editing technical material -Experience with Microsoft Office and Visio and graphics or illustration software such as CorelDraw, RoboHelp and HTML-Ability to be resourceful and flexible, to work well independently and on a team, and to pay strict attention to detail-Ability to document business processes in written and visual formats-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills-Current CBP BI clearance a plus-Ability to obtain a security clearance required-Must be a US citizen-BA or BS degree preferred
