We provide investors with a broad range of brokerage, mutual fund and consumer financial products and services on an integrated basis.TD AMERITRADE is looking for an Technology Associate to work atour Jersey City, NJ location.This role is responsible for supporting our branch office sales and service application (Salesforce.com) and would require good troubleshooting skills, strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team of with other developers of varied levels of tenuure and skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a technologist that wants to broaden his/her business knowledge. The person will use tools provided, and their technical skillset, to diagnose and resolve problem tickets and help administer the configuration and settings within the Salesforce.com application. In addition, they would have to work across various business/technology organizations in this technology support role.RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the administration and support of SalesForce.com application functionality Work within an established team of technology support personel Coordinate across organizations (business and technology) Stay current on new Salesforce.com features (training to be provided) May assist in training users on new features Limited travel may be required QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Candidate will need to have strong communication skills and a technology orientated background. Development skills would be a plus - and experience in supporting an internal business application would be desirable. Candidate should be motivated and open to gaining new skills in support of this sales/service CRM hosted application.
