Position Summary

 

The TIBCO Software Developer will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, testing and deployment of TIBCO software solutions for USI’s customers. The candidate should have a working knowledge of the software development lifecycle with strong knowledge and experience on software analysis and implementation, and be able to implement 3rd party frameworks and applications.

 

Qualifications:

-Bachelors of Degree in Information Technology / Systems Engineering / Computer Science or related field

-3 to 5 years experience in of one or more of the following TIBCO products:

TIBCO EMS

TIBCO Rendezvous (RV)

TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW)

TIBCO HAWK

TIBCO Active Matrix Suite

TIBCO Integration Manager (IM)

TIBCO Administrator

TIBCO iProcess

TIBCO Business Connect

TIBCO Smartmapper

TIBCO Staffware

TIBCO Enterprise Service Bus

TIBCO Adapters: ADB adapter, Siebel adapter, SAP adapter, MQ Series adapter

-Knowledgeable in OOA&D with experience in Java technologies required

-Experience with UML, software development lifecycles, application servers, object and relational databases,  XML, 

  and n-tier web a plus

-Hands on experience or working knowledge on implementing and delivery of Enterprise SOA and BPM technologies

  preferable

 

Primary Responsibilities:

-Perform TIBCO Software Development and Integration Services.

-Identify and setup development, source code control, build, and testing environments

-Develop and integrate code in an object-oriented environment

-Implement and configure third party applications and tools where appropriate

-Coordinate system installation and transition activities to production environment

-Develop software and system testing procedures and documentation efforts

-Provide knowledge transfer required to ensure customer's implementation team is successful and self-sufficient

-Maintain, test and execute disaster recovery procedures for TIBCO environment.

-Ensure company capabilities, standards and procedures are followed on customer accounts and ensure delivery of

  high quality solutions

 

Required Skills:

-Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills

-Ability to analyze and learn rapidly changing technologies

-Excellent communication skills, written and oral

-Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment

-Ability to lead and train less experienced Tibco developers.
