JOB DATA Reference Code: DE-51609384-EN-08-005 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Purpose and Objective of Job The Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE) is responsible for design, initial roll-out, topic ownership and related annual and ongoing service delivery of global and regional TR programs incl. executive compensation and reward aspects of mobility. Further, the CoE defines and monitors the global and regional/local TR processes.Expectations and Tasks of Job The Total Rewards / Equity Senior Consultant (f/m), reporting to the Head of Global Benefits, Recognition & Equity will be responsible for: the ownership of all equity related processes and the ongoing improvement and review of these processes the design, roll-out and implementation of SAP's global long term incentive plans that will enable SAP to attract and engage the best talents in the marketplace the annual cycle of budgeting, allocation and grant of current LTI plans to eligible employees worldwide including consultancy of senior managers and board members in LTI decisions The Total Rewards / Equity Senior Consultant (f/m) will ensure sound and compliant application of plan terms and conditions to guarantee fulfilment of SAP's obligation towards participants (e.g. exercise, payout, purchase, consultation) and financial community (monthly reporting of share-based compensation figures). You will consult and train internal customers and be in charge of the equity related vendor management as well as collaborate in other total rewards related projects.Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies You should be a pragmatic, execution-oriented and strong customer-focused person with the skills to communicate the abstract elements of LTI programs to SAP employees at all various levels You are experienced in working as a consultant to all management levels inside and outside the HR organization of SAP You should enjoy working as a proactive member of a virtual team and building up a strong global network You should understand the complex structures of large global organizations as well as being aware of their needs with ability to design processes that work in a fully matrixed organization You are a process-oriented person with strong analytical skills being able to critically examine existing processes and who can improve standardized programs You possess strong communication skills as well as the ability to work at all levels Your MS Office know-how, especially MSExcel and MSAccess is excellent, and have a high affinity to operate with IT-systems in general Fluent written and spoken English is essential; other languages would also be seen as an advantage You are qualified on university degree level, finance background is an advantage Solid and documented work experience in Total Rewards for 5 - 8 years especially in handling incentive programs (e.g. stock options, LTI) is needed An international background would be advantageous as well as experience in global software/high-tech environment would be a major asset You are experienced in the interpretation of international laws and international tax regulations as well as accounting standards You have gathered experience in Sarbanes-Oxley relevant requirements WHAT WE'RE OFFERING Employment Arrangement: Full time/Permanent Contract Location: Walldorf/St. Leon-Rot Germany Contact Data: Mr. Ralph R.
