This person is also the liaison between the WWED Business Partnering and Development/Design teams. In addition, they manage vendor relationships utilizing their Apple cultural and training expertise to screen and tailor 3rd party content and delivery resources to fit the WWED training model.Job Responsibilities:Help to create and lead global delivery strategy.Certify internal, contract and external trainers.Train and provide continuous coaching for a global, cross-functional pool of workshop facilitators.Select and supervise external delivery personnel.Facilitate classroom experiences.Create criteria for vendor selection.Source, select and negotiate 3rd party vendors and resources.Act as cultural filter for training content and classroom experience.Develop, project manage, and lead tailored training solutions.Communication liaison between WWED Business Partnering and Development/Design teams to determine best training solution for employees.Consult with WWED Development/Design team to ensure material meets the classroom experience standard.Partner with the WWED Operations team to ensure all global training and workshop experiences are executed successfully.Perform other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus 6-8 years experience in a training and development field.Management experience, or extensive management knowledge and credibility is required.Excellent presentation, classroom delivery and facilitation skills.Knowledge and understanding of instructional design process.Strong experience in interacting with and influencing all levels of management.Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication.User experience with Mac OS X a plus.Some travel required.
